Reduced cross section width for lighter weight while maintaining superior strength.

Inner frame rail side gusset to allow easier access to bolt for adjustment.
-
Boxes are constructed for ease of installation and alignment. In most cars they slide right in place with no modifications after removal of OEM torque boxes unless the car has been damaged is this area.
-
Adjustment holes will work with a wide selection of ride heights.
-
They are only intended for use with lower control arms that have a ¾” rod end on the box end, or on both ends. They will not work on control arms that are solid mount in the front, IE poly bushing type.

The finest/strongest Mustang upper torque box replacement available
Our lightweight extreme duty box features 11, 1/2" adjustment holes with .300" promod hole spacing, which is important with the Mustangs' short upper control arms. We use .250" Chrome Moly doublers to reinforce the holes for high HP applications. We supply mounting hardware consisting of a 3/4" dia DOM rod end sleeve, and Chrome moly spacers to center/locate the rod end in the box. Our hardware works with 1/2 or 3/4 rod ends. Our unique interlocking design (see arrows in pics) ensures the tight, hard to reach areas are welded; not like some boxes that are only welded along the outer edges. We designed the box so it can be completely welded around the box perimeter for increased weld surface area. The box's plated and gusseted design allows it to be trimmed to fit if necessary to allow for cars with damage to the mounting area. The box is jig and fixture built/ tig welded and profiled to fit right out of the box. Our plated and gusseted design (we dont use a horizontal tube across the bottom) allows you to tie it in to the cage/chassis anyway needed to compliment your style/level of build. You dont have to be boxed in or constrained by a piece of manufacturer installed tube that may be in the wrong place for your build. You can use a straight piece of tube vertical (see pics) for non SFI spec cages or tie it in to the lower x member on your 25.3 or 25.5 spec chassis/cage so it becomes an integral part of your chassis, not an add on after thought. You can use the tie in tubes that go down to the lower 25.3 lower x member as the rear frame rail spec portion of the cert requirements, and then simply extend them back to the 'chute mount tube/rear chassis x member to complete the spec. . We designed the box so during the install it goes up to the rail, and back against the floor to make install a breeze (with a few simple measurements). Boxes come with hardware and detailed install instructions.
